I don't understand people. Why bid on something you can't pick up or aren't going to pay? there should be a 3 stikes your out rule. I've never had that happan, but I would be ticked too. sorry to hear. hopefully the second guy will take it??

I think anyone who wins an auction and decides not to pay should have to at least pay the deposit you ask for on a high price item.
I thought when you click "commit to buy" you enter into a legally binding contract to pay for the item

Thats why im not going to put mine up on there.
I think they should be forced to buy it anyways. When you bid, you're abiding by a contract with eBay and the seller.
