Wish I could have gone to the movie tonight. Lilly ( my 9 year old gearhead ) really wants to see it. But she and I spent most of the day gutting our kids' bathroom. Counters, vanities, med cabinets, towel racks, and just finished ripping out the tile floor. She was a trooper. I was having a few sips of my Twisted Tea - catching my breath - and she said..."I think it's time to get back to work Dad..." She has a future in management...

Tomorrow we rip out all the drywall and maybe the tub. Oh - and a set of Bilsteins just came today for my truck, so she'll be my helper for that too. The bathroom remodel starts in early May...but I had to get this done now so I have some time to get the '66 done for the track day!

That was probably the nicest theater I've seen, well worth the $13 per ticket. It was a good time, even though nobody had to share seats!

How was it? I hate the entire F&F franchise, but I have to admit the last two were pretty entertaining.

5 and 6 were actual movies with a real plot lol. They were much better than 1,2, and 3. 4 was a transition, part gimmick part movie.

Once I started watching them like an 80s action movie, with no expectation of anything realistic happening at all, and just started to appreciate the scantily clad women and explosions I started to enjoy them.

Lilly and I saw it today. Quite a bit of action. She loved it and I thought it was pretty good aside from the unrealistic stunts.
