I dont have any pictures of any of the parts other than they are the stock 03 GT 5 spoke mag wheels...

yeah they came on pretty much all the GT's other then the bullitt wheels... if anyone knows wat i'm talking about http://bradbarnett.net/mustangs/timeline/99-04/03/Wheels.jpg

they are the wheels that came standard on the GT Deluxe models... Left of the Bullitt style wheel...
