At that point they are just steel. Weather they rust or not will be dependent on how well they are prepped by your coated and how durable their coating is. If it's done right, they won't rust.

I've installed the ceramic MAC headers on quite a few former customers cars and been very happy with them. I've seen them after a year and they were still holding up good. My MAC's are 10 years old and came off Dave 96 GT when he swapped over to a cobra engine. Mine were just high temp painted and they are still holding up ok. They are rusty on the bottom, but I don't see them rusting out for 10 years or so.

I bought my macs used and have no idea how old they are. The were repainted and there's some rust, but no where near rusting threw. But what the hell I only paid 75 for them.

i was thinking getting the mac lts ceramic coated then spraying them with high temp paint and then wrapping them in high temp header wrap does that seem like a good way to go/to it?

That sounds good. I slapped mine on. I even reused the nuts studs and gaskets.

is it true when you use header wrap your exhaust smokes? if so will it smoke for ever?

I have used it and never had anything smoke. If you were to spill something on it, I would imagine it would smoke till it burned off whatever it was you spilled on it.
