bbk longtubes 99-04 can they fit

so im looking on a whole bunch of sites at bbk lt;s for 99-04 stangs it doesnt say they only fit manual or auto i have heard they only fit manual is this true? or can they be fit to the auto tran thanks:goodidea:

For BBK's you will probably have to have the oxygen sensor bungs moved to a different location on the collector. As the driver side one will place it hitting the tranny pan. Some people move the bung the opposite side of the collector.
