I Wanna Get This Stuff Done For The FLD In Sep.

1 Adjust The Timing
2 Slp Loud Mouth Exhaust
3 bbk fenderwell cold ait intake
4 Pulley Kit
5 Ignition Wire's
6 Aluminum Drive Shaft

Do You Guys Think Ill Get 50 H.P. Outa That Iam Opened To Any Sugg.:yes:

I would'nt do anything with the ignition as you will be wasteing your money, that stock ignition can handle alot of power before an upgrade is needed.

alrite thanks for the heads up bout the ignition..i just wanna make 50 more hp with out spraying it..any ideas other then a $upercharger

you can also look into makin it better for draggin without just adding hp. id add a full exhaust, headers and mid pipe, look into some gears, and maybe lose some weight along with what you have.

You may be able to pick up 50hp with a full exhaust with longtubes, plus all your bolt ons and then you will need a good tuner, but I still think you will fall short of your goal. You may have to get cams, headwork to reach your goal. But as stated before your best and cheapest way to go is spray a 100 shot and be done.

import killer, i know your asking for 50 hp, however i'm not sure exactly what your desires are. if your looking for it for drag racing, you could invest some money into a set of gears and drag radials or alike. that would at least get you traction to use the power you have... as far as 50 hp goes, i'd spray it with a 75 shot.. a 75 shot wouldn't even blow up a 3 cylinder metro on youtube. :)

i wanted for mostly drag to full around on the strip and the main roads to be honest...but whoever had the car b4 me already put 4 10 gears and a short throw and a heavy duty clutch:pinkthumb:

i dont know if i would put pulleys on it. you said it was a cobra is it a 4v? I know the pulleys do a number on the motors out here in az because of the heat and have the a/c on. there is my .02

Since gears are already done, I'd say do a jlt cai and full exhaust. I would stay away from underdrives on a 4v. Pauls high performance makes an intake spacer for mach 1 uppers (same as cobra) that is usually good for a few hp and some midrange for around 100.oo
