fog light switch

i havent really looked into it, but does anyone know how to bypass the fog lights so they turn on with just the switch instead of only when the headlights are on, or even to get them on with the parking lights??? i hate only havin them on low beam.

i need it done to my fox....if i run my fogs at night....i lose all my lights while driving....not cool
