swapping to a tilt column in a fox

anyone ever done it? i been running across a few tilt wheel clumns for 87-93 stangs recently for sale. and was wondering if anyone had installed one? is the install any different than pulling the old column and re-install. i ahve had the column in and out of my old 95 several times....so thats not a problem.

Not sure. I have had a few foxes with and a few with out. Never had the wheels out.

I wanted to install a tilt in my 91LX, but I'm not sure I've ever seen a fox body that came with an air bag and have tilt.

All air bag wheels are non tilt and yes, you can swap the colums.
