I have an Edge Street Converter for Ford AOD. These units are custom built by Edge Racing Converters out in California. They can be customized for your application with different stall speeds for $100 by Edge. This one was just recently serviced and had all warranties reset to January 4, 2011 – warranty period I believe is 2 years from that date. The unit has not been installed since getting it back. Reason for selling is I decided to go with a C4 set-up and this converter is specific to an AOD transmission. Description from EdgeRacingconverters.com - “Custom configured performance high stall torque converter. Designed with your specifications for maximum performance! All wear surfaces are replaced with enclosed bearings for less resistance and improved longevity. Stall math and STR are set for your specifications and configured using only "True Stall"... No cutting, No bending, No excess heat!” This unit retails on their site for $545.00. Asking $300 located in North Huntingdon, PA

I believe it's around 2800 but am waiting to hear back from Edge to be sure. If a different stall is needed, the conv can be shipped back to Edge to have them restall it at which point the warranty is reset as well. It typically costs $100 for that to be done
