Hmm I would have to think on this some.
Isn't that the same thing? If you red light first you are the worst. This don't make sense.

Seems like the fair thing to do. I think they should light up the win light as soon as the second guy launches though so both drivers can shut down if they want to and not tear up their equipment unnecessarily.

Right now it's technically a "first" infraction until the other guy launches (in bracket racing). Right now the slower car puts on the red light and the win light is on in the other lanes before ever letting the clutch out (or whatever those auto guys do ;) )
Seems like the fair thing to do.

I'd only say it would be good if the tree doesn't light red until the second driver leaves, then the 'worse' red light loses. Then again it seems like trying to fix something that isn't broke?
