Damn I can see why the IRS went after him. Almost unlimited cash flow will raise a few eyebrows. I'm interested in hearing how he was getting all the money. I bet something somewhere ends up illegal.

Personally, I always wondered how he could afford to sponsor so many cars and events, and wondered if he was overextending. I also thought that if he ever bailed, that would be a bad thing for the sport, and in part, I think I'm right. Look at the smaller number of entries this year in TF and FC. I think there will be more that shakes out of this, but it's just a shame all the way around that it's happened.

He's also a big time Steelers fan, went to the Super Bowl in Detroit in '06:
