Not certain when the Ford classes will run. Big car time trials start at 1pm. If you look in the drag racing section, on the "Save July 20" thread, I listed the normal run order and class info. Here's the quick version:

11.17 @ 125.23 w/ a 1.59 60' time
I was spinning out of the hole launching on the 2-step @ 4600 rpm.
If the track were a little stickier and I tweak my suspension a little more, maybe I can finally bust off a 10 sec. pass!:)

The headwind was an absolute beotch. I was a tenth + and 2mph slow compared to Saturday. It was muckin' hot and humid too. Hopefully when it gets rescheduled it will be a cooler calmer day. Thanks to all those who came out, hope even more show up on the rescheduled date.

You got a little quick on the ol'happy foot. -.135 red 3 tenths under dial:rotflol:, tail lights looked good though. Your car will run 10's easy in lil better air :thmbsup:

Sunday was slightly better traction wise but the track was just way to hot to hook. Saterday it was greasy as all hell. Think I dropped my launch rpm by 500 and was still spinning off line. My car was way slow this weekend with heat and humidity I was running mostly 12.9s sunday, started off with a 12.78 saterday and it went down hill from there.

Hopefully it gets rescheduled say late Sept or into Oct when air is better.

I'll be the first to admit that i'm no bracket racer, I was just there to get a few runs in to test the car. You ran very close to your dial on that run, good job!:goodidea:

Yes they gave out rain checks. They were giving them out at the payout window of tower because they lost power at the gate. Keep your receipt and talk to Pam next time you go up.
