Based on this crappy weather, he’ll definitely be done before it gets nice!

Not much going on. Just getting little crap knocked out that is left to do. I did get trunk finished but for some reason forgot to get pics.

I have a small 8" Eastwood bead roller and used it with offset die to make the the sheet metal for the trunk. Seam sealed everything underneath. The did bottom side with Duplicolor Bed Armor. Top side I just used some left over carpet I used for trailer walls on trunk floor. Glued down with some 3M spray. Fuel cell bolted in and fuel pump mounted and wired up. Just need some extra money to get filters, regulator, lines, fittings etc ordered to plumb fuel system.

I did add a clam shell clamp setup to my throttle body. The BBK unit did not have a deep enough flange for a T-bolt clamp to be used properly. So I cut most of that flange off. Busted out the Dremel and files. Spent about an hour getting remaining flange to proper diameter to fit ferrule. Then TIG welded it on with my oh so not great TIG skills Actually worked out better than I thought. Need more practice and figure out why foot pedal won't function.
